I know they are responsible if the whole fridge broke or stops working but recently the last shelf we had (there were supposed to be 3 but the fridge came with 1) cracked from age. I received this email when I brought up getting a new shelf ordered. Obviously we didn't take all the shelves out and smash them on the floor or something, it broke on its own, and we only had one to begin with. Does anyone have a law we could cite?
