Out of curiosity, the house at 80 Corrimal St Wollongong has been on the market for so long, changed agencies etc. Anyone know why it hasn’t been picked up for a knock-down rebuild or reno? Floody? Weird overlays? Unliveable? Block size?

For context we’re Australia and I cringed the whole way through the most recent season of Australian Bake Off - it felt like the judges were trying to be comedians and the hosts were just uncomfortable to watch. Now I’m wondering which country to try next!
