hello,, 😭😭 im the one that posted about my account streaming brazilian songs. i emailed support@spotify.com to inform them about my situation, which they 'resolved' (i think...). then, i emailed them again to inform that i want to change my email but couldn't since it keeps saying that something went wrong.
is this legit, and should i send my email? 😭 sorry, im just a bit too paranoid about this

laptop got infected with two trojans on april 30, unable to reset
hello! my younger sister installed some games from steamripped and itch, plus renpy from the official website (according to her). then, one time she got notified by windows defender that the laptop got infected by a lumma stealer. she ran malwarebytes, and mb got two trojans. she told me that she put them in quarantine and deleted them. i told her to reset the laptop, but i have only found out now that she still hasn't reset it due to my spotify and microsoft getting hacked. her facebook and roblox also got hacked before my accounts.
i tried resetting the laptop, but it kept saying that there was a problem in resetting the PC and that no changes were made. i don't know how to reboot it using a USB as well, since all i have is a regular USB and to be honest, im a bit scared of inserting or installing anything on my macbook (different device from my sister's laptop). what should i do?
i already scanned her laptop for viruses, but it said that there were none. it still doesn't ease my paranoia though.

spotify hacked and started listening to brazilian songs
i dont even know how it happened. i was just listening to my liked songs when it suddenly went mute. i didn't even notice it at first, but i saw that it was playing something from that eterno album 😭 the hacker kept listening to the songs for exactly 30 seconds before skipping onto the next song and doing the same
i already changed my password twice, and signed out all devices twice as well. they changed my password after i changed it again and i don't know what to do bruh 😭 should i just let it be for now since it hasn't even been an hour and change the passwords again tomorrow?

hello! my sister was using her laptop, then her windows defender detected two trojans. my google accounts had shortcuts in the chrome app, but i have recently changed my password since ive been attacked by a hacker as well. are my google accounts compromised despite the passwords being changed and logged out of all devices because of my chrome shortcut? :( thank you!
