Hi all! I am Brand New to embroidery, in fact I have literally only done basic cross stitch. I feel like I’m ready to learn some new stitches. Want to make my daughter a flag. I know it’s embarrassingly super simple but what stitches would you use?

I never knew diarrhea could be like this. I’ve always fought constipation. I’ve never even taken Imodium - I had to look it up. But so far- after 24 hours I can still say I’m ok with this as it is far better than the constant failure and mental health spiral of diet culture, constant perceived failures and food noise.
