Direct admission for all colleges is 14th August and I was allotted Gec Ajmer in Rajasthan Round but due to marksheet issue I couldn't accept it. Now which college should I go for in spot round, there are no vacant seat numbers anywhere. My general merit was 97XX and ST category Merit was 33X.

I got engineering college ajmer computer engineering but due to the marksheet issue I didn't accept the seat. Am I eligible for spot rounds? I heard there is offline direct admission too. How does that work? Do I need to re-register the reap spot round for direct admission?
