Ive narrowed it down between these two and I cannot decide😭😂

EDIT: The vehicle is 2015 and the opener is 2025

replaced a garage door opener motor that works properly with its supplied remotes and wall control. The only issue is that the client’s built-in vehicle remote (Homelink) sometimes works sometimes it doesnt.
The client says it worked perfectly with the old opener and is now threatening legal action. We’ve contacted both the opener manufacturer and Homelink support, but each says the issue may be with the other system. We’ve followed their troubleshooting and programming recommendations without resolving the intermittent connection.

Has anyone dealt with a similar situation? How much responsibility does an installer have when the opener itself works correctly, but a third-party vehicle integration does not? Any advice is appreciated
