Please be kind 🙏 This is Lemon. My budgie is around 1 month old. I'm handfeeding him with a spoon. I don't know its gender yet. We don't have an avian vet here. Only vets for dogs and cats:(

My concern is the blocked nostrils. When he chirps, I can hear his nose blocked just like us when we have nose mucus. He's active, playing ball and it has appetite. It's been raining a lot in my area because of a storm. Luckily, I noticed this 9 hours ago and immediately searched online for what to do and gave him a hot steam.

What more can I do? TYIA 🥹🙏
