How long for Google to actually respond to support request?

One day near the end of May I clicked on my GA4 bookmark... and discovered that there was absolutely nothing there. I actually inadvertently created a new account in trying to recover it, but aside from that all my data is gone. The tag is still active on my website. I asked for help and people just told me I probably used the wrong log-on or something like that. I checked with my SEO person and she no longer had access either. With a spouse having some severe medical issues, I didn't have a chance to really hunt down what had happened until the past few weeks.

Turns out an old agency that I had worked with briefly about a year ago retained access. I didn't know that because it was under a manager tab that I didn't know to look at. I removed their access, but they had disconnected my analytics account. They also took billing ownership of the account, even though I never gave permission for that and all charges are billed directly to my credit card.

The first support email form I submitted almost 3 weeks ago. I may have not correctly filled it out because I was just blindsided by what had happened. I have no way to see what was actually submitted. I got an email saying they had received it and I should hear back in 3-4 business days. I've gotten nothing and replying to the confirmation email is futile.

After learning that the billing account is part of the problem, I filed to reclaim that too. Again an email said I'd hear something within a few days. It's been 2 weeks.

They haven't closed the cases, but I've heard nothing and it's been much longer than they said. I'm very upset and frustrated that this rogue agency did what they did. I've worked with a lot of small SEO and ad people over the years and never encountered any issues.

Any suggestions? Helpful info about the process or what to expect?

I did create a txt file documenting ownership that I added to my website, should Google actually get around to looking for it.

Extreme, rapid weight loss

My husband has both cirrhosis and CKD4. He was borderline with the cirrhosis last summer, but had several hospitalizations this spring. (Hyperkalemia, followed by fluid overload due to pulling diuretics in treating the hyperkalemia, then anemia because a kidney biopsy resulted in a large hematoma.)

In the midst of all that they confirmed cirrhosis. He stopped drinking around the beginning of May. (At that point probably averaged total of 4-6 per day, a couple beers sometimes in the afternoon and a few glasses of wine in the late evening.)

Since May 1 he has gone from 250lbs to 195lbs. He's in the process of evaluation for dual organ transplant. The dietician had him increasing protein intake to help stop the muscle wasting. That landed him the the hospital with a high BUN (though no HE symptoms.)

If we can stop the muscle wasting and get him stabilized I think he'd be pretty good for awhile. Some of his labs are improving. He's 5'11". His current weight isn't bad, though he needs to rebuild some muscle. The loss hasn't plateaued though and it's really scary.

Has anyone else experienced this? Were you able to stop it? Or only with transplant? He really wants to hold off on the transplant awhile but if this keeps up it might get too risky.

Northeast Ohio - UH vs Cleveland Clinic

Wondering if anyone has met with both? We have only been in-network with UH for several years. My husband has been referred for both liver and kidney transplant. I've been generally happy with UH, but was a little frustrated today with questions that weren't answered or properly understood. (One big thing we're trying to work out is how quickly he needs to get this done, in consideration that he'll be 65 and the transplant kidney might last as little as 8 years.)

He's had all the tests and evaluations. He has aFIB and was referred for a watchman device. The UH transplant center is basically ready to present him, but are holding off until we hear back from the cardiologist about the watchman and timetable for that.

Since he starts Medicare Sept 1, he could see pretty much anyone now. He can't list with both because they're the same region. UH is a solid regional hospital, but CC is world renown. Does anyone have insight on what we ought to do?

Help! Is there any saving this?

Is there any saving this? It's actually a large piece of laser cut wood and I really don't want to start over.

It has 2 coats of acrylic metallic paint, which was done more than a week before the resin. I knew I was in trouble early. It looked great, then as it sat started to pull back from many spots. It's not bubbles, it just didn't stick.

The resin looks fabulous where it did as expected. I don't know for sure what caused the failure but assume it was moisture in the wood/paint or air. It's been a couple weeks more. The resin set nicely where it stuck. Is there a chance I can fill the craters and do light brush over the whole thing?

Please help me rescue this project!

Rapid weight loss

My husband has both Stage 4 CKD and cirrhosis. He was drinking 4-6 drinks per day through March. At the end of March he was hospitalized with hyperkalemia. They treated that, but it resulted in fluid overload and he was readmitted. His weight when all this started was 250 and it ballooned to 275. They did a thoracentisis and treated him with IV diuretics. At the end of the second stay he had a kidney biopsy and was discharged. The kidney biopsy bled resulting in a large hematoma and severe anemia. He spent another week in the hospital with his weight remaining fairly consistent. On May 1 it was again 250.

Since he was discharged he has not been drinking. (He had little if any in April due to the hospitalizations and pain from the biopsy when he was home.) Since May 1 he has dropped to 223lbs. That's over 10% of his body weight in 6 weeks. He's lost 10lbs in the last 5 days alone.

At this point most of his issues have been from the CKD rather than the liver. His arms bruise and skin tears easily, he has constant itching; but no varices, no nausea. ALT and AST are normal but ALP is very high. Platelets are normal. INR is somewhat high.

I've sent a message to his nephrologist so hopefully will hear from her tomorrow, but I am wondering about others' experience with weight loss after cessation of alcohol. Is this normal?
