Finally decided 11 years was long enough. I have been working on the print versions of my books for Amazon. I will be submitting the paperback print file for a proof tomorrow for the first volume (6 by 9) then the hardback (8.5 by 11) after i reformat it. Page length did not allow the same size hardback. The ebooks are back up on Amazon now and I am the one who published them, but for physical copies wait a bit. Also, the third volume ebook is done and I am proofing it now before I convert volume 2 and 3 to print as well. The final volume, Behind Life and Death, still needs a little more editing before I will make an ebook. The third book covers 1991-2003 and the last 2004 and on.
