I had 200’ prism installed. They did not need more lights then the 200’ kit but they did splice to make the connections/ roof dimensions work.

Various issues - please help

1. Last 3 pods are after a splice and currently not lighting up. Sometimes this do light up but white and not in desired pattern. This is the top left.

2. Our desire to have peak accent lights is challenged. The only way I can figure to do this is with finger sketch. But some of the pods seem connected to others so when we draw yes to the peak pod it turns on another pod lower down. Is there a way to get pods truly isolated and if yes is this an app thing or a ladder + wiring thing? We can’t light one peak because it pairs wi the another one and looks even worse.
