Hello, are people still facing issues today similar to when the 2.0 cards launched where the applications were being denied for no reason and then approved the next day? Or have the issues settled down and the denial/rejection is not going to be overturned by any means?

After a lot of searching, I couldn't find any way to contact Bilt in any meaningful way for reconsideration. Let me know if there are any useful ways forward.

The card has potential if you use the benefits well, but the company seems like it could go down at any time if they cannot even have proper customer support/processes.
