San Francisco hit their JS Quota for 2026

JS SF GGF-GM-F-me.

Was just notified via email my appointment was moved because they would have exceeded their quota under the new law. Pushed from September 2026 to March 2027. I guess at least they preserved my grandfathered appointment. I had been really looking forward to getting to the next phase of this process. I also recently got updated records from Italy to meet their within 6 months requirement. Starting to wonder about pursuing a lawsuit in Italy.

OATS filing in Oregon- Rejected

Attempted to file a Pro se OATS in Oregon. Initially auto rejected due to formatting. Resubmitted. Rejected for some technical issues that I corrected (e.g. writing Proposed Order on the proposed order instead of Order). Refiled. Rejected as I’m now being told this should be filed as a probate case rather than a civil case (and they won’t tell be the specific type of probate case I should file it under in their electronic system). Has anyone run into this before. A little worried that filing as a probate case might set a higher bar for success, as these cases generally deal with property/money, and I’m just trying to explain some name discepancies.
