Increased pace at 70 km mileage?

I’m trying to transition into an NSM style protocol, with a current volume around 70 km per week. I typically run my ‘easy runs’ at the zone 2-3 level, so was preparing to lower the intensity on these.

I’m seeing more and more though about not going very easy at this mileage.. a lot of online coaches recommending a higher pace for easy runs at the 70-100 km level. Jakob Ingenbritsen was recently quoted saying the same thing.

Sorry if this is a basic question, and I get it might be more of a preference thing. Anyone with some experience willing to comment?

Thanks

No pace target on race day run tmr!

This is my second Runna plan race. For my first one I used it for race day and enjoyed having pace targets.

Now though for some reason I am not getting my pace targets for my race - and it’s tmr! Anyone have any tips on how to turn them on? No idea what’s going on with it.

Adapting Runna for NSM?

Maybe this is a taboo subject, but has anyone amended a Runna plan to align more with a Norwegian singles method approach?

I think planning in the easy runs would be straightforward, and one add in 5km B races for training assessments and pace adjustments, but wondering if anyone has worked in sub threshold training style intervals.

And yes I know I could just do the NSM on my own, but I like the Runna platform and benefit from the external motivation.

Can’t for the life of me figure this out. I really like the pace gauge with the audio cues for paced runs.

I’m trying to use a PacePro plan for an upcoming half marathon and would really, really like to use the pace gauge with it but I can’t figure out how to get it to show… anyone have experience with this?

Thanks
