bleeding after intercourse

I have had my mirena IUD since October of 2024, roughly 20 months. Recently, after my partner and I have sex, I will experience some slight lower abdominal cramping (doesn’t necessarily hurt just somewhat uncomfortable & does not last long at all) and some vaginal bleeding. Usually, the bleeding only occurs immediately after when I use the restroom. Last night my partner and I had sex and afterwards I went to the restroom and noticed bleeding. However, it’s the following day and there is still some bleeding but no cramping. I don’t necessarily need a pad or tampon but I’m curious if anyone has had this experience??? Is this something I should be concerned about???

For more context: I am also on Sertraline (SSRI) & one of the side effects is abnormal bleeding.
I also have not had a “real” period since getting my IUD. I will spot a little bit here and there.

Sorry if this is TMI I just want to see if I am overreacting or if i need to contact my dr.

2026-2027 School Year

I just graduated from uni as a fully certified EC-6 teacher in May. I’ve been applying to teaching positions in my area like crazy and still haven’t heard anything back from a majority of districts. I’m getting nervous as July is quickly approaching. Is anyone else in this situation???? I don’t know what i’m doing wrong. I was hoping to get a position at my student teaching school but the principal was retiring and wouldn’t be able to hire anyone new for the upcoming school year. I am freaking out and feel like i’m running out of time
