We’ve been getting pallets that are basically not aisle-friendly at all, so everything needs to be split. At the same time, they’re still giving us only 2 or 3 people to handle it.
It’s getting pretty rough, especially when one person is averaging more than 5 tonnes moved during a split without even filling. How are you guys dealing with this new strategy?

How would you guys negotiate salary on your interview ? nightfill manager salary position and dairy manager position available at our region. Keen to apply for both.
