TATHATA lying, gaslighting, and deflection
DO NOT BUY FROM TATHATA!
I filed a credit card dispute against Tathata for sending me 2 cracked bangles. I messaged them multiple times asking about the cracks and asking them if the bangle had been repaired, which many of you had commented on.
I am frankly shocked at how unethically Tathata conducts their business. They responded to my dispute stating that I did not provide any prior feedback to them, despite me sending multiple messages to them about the issue. They included screenshotted messages only of their messages without including any of my messages to make it look like I never communicated with them. You can see that when I brought up my concerns, they responded with dismissive messages, deflection, and blatant lies.
