Hi all,

Planning a trip with SAS in a few months. My partner & I will be traveling with our then 14 month old baby, and we want to purchase a seat for him.

However, the website doesn't allow me to do so; selecting "infant" puts him on my lap, and selecting "child" doesn't allow me to input his birthdate.

I understand that there is a fee for booking via phone. Will this be waived, since it is literally impossible to book this online? Is there a workaround?
