I joined this new music social media app called Corus a couple of weeks ago and was surprised to see #footworksummer as one of the most-used hashtags on the app. People are really posting deep cuts and new releases like crazy on there and thought more footwork lovers should be a part of it, so I had to share it here in case anyone else wanted to take part in the movement.
mods, please remove this if it's not allowed, but have any of you tried this new app called corus? it's by the same people who created cymbal 12 years ago, if you were on that.
i just signed up for it in the last week and i thought that people in this sub would enjoy it, plus i would love to see more real electronic music heads on there.
it's kind of like instagram, but you can only post songs from soundcloud, apple music, and spotify. you can also post movies too, which is cool. aside from the "trending" feed, the app is completely free from algorithms so you're really just getting music and movie recommendations from real people.
the only thing that sucks about it is there's no bandcamp integration, which i'm sure is a pain point especially for people here, but the founder said he's trying to work on getting into contact with them about that because he wants it, too.
