Do you have to take tables in your chilis as a Bartender?

I’ve been working at Chili’s for a while and I transitioned from server to bartender (I technically do both, but Bar is more than half of my schedule). At the location I work at, the bartender has three to five tables they take and I’m having a really hard time taking care of the tables and my guests without a bar-back. I’d like some elder server/bar/managers advice as I’ve been lead server in many restaurants and I know I’m good at my job. Any pointers are great.
