For context, I smoked (shared with 3 other people, mixed with tobacco) 1 chillum 9 days ago, 4-5 joints a week before that, but was clean for 7 months before these sessions.
So, 2nd May- 4-5 joints
9th May- 1 chillum
Before that- clean
Urine test is day after tomorrow (20th May), should I be worried?
Hello all, just got a conditional offer for a position in the Business/Strategy division at XOM office in Bangalore, India. While the HR would get back to me with the next steps after I sign the offer, I still wanted to get some clarity about the process and the timeline beforehand.
It says “subject to pre-employment processes, background verification, and medical examination”. What do these entail? I’m not worried about BGV, never convicted before. But I’ve indulged occasionally hence a bit worried about the medical screening. Secondly, do these happen after I’ve joined in probation, or my joining date will definitely be after these are completed?
Any light shed on this will be greatly appreciated! Found very little answer specific to India recruitment, hence asking.
