If you're having fertility treatment through our insurance...

Plan to try and use up all the benefits before end of year if you're close. I saw we're switching to progeny from winfertility and only getting 3 smart cycles which is going to be a HUGE reduction in our coverage. Previously it covered 6 iui, 3 ivf freeze cycles and unlimited transfers. My coverage will now be exhausted under the smart cycle plan.

From the progeny site...

Iui= 1/4 cycle

Egg freezing=1/2 cycle

Ivf fresh=3/4 cycle

Ivf freeze all= 3/4 cycle

Fet=1/4 cycle

Promotion when you're over the midpoint

Do you get a raise at all when you take a new role but are already over the midpoint?

I'm currently a level 33 and looking at some level 34 positions but I currently am over the midpoint for level 34 roles. I asked the hiring manager and they referred me to my hr rep. I reached out to my hr rep and they referred me to the hiring manager. I asked my sup and she said absolutely no raise, I asked my manager and she said absolutely would still get some kind of raise.

So I'm hoping someone here has gone up just once level after being over the midpoint and could tell me if you still got a raise or not. I would not be at the max of the window.
