Do I have a stress fracture?

Do I have a stress fracture?

I’ve got a really dull pain, that for the most part isn’t stopping me running or causing me much pain whilst running, it’s not shin splints as I’ve had them before this pain covers a much broader area along the front of my leg and isn’t sharp, it just makes the whole leg feel weaker, it’s at its worst in the morning and at its best after I’ve stretched and sat down.

Labelled in the picture is a point in my leg that if I tensely rub I trigger the pain, almost like a knot on my back but on my leg.

Are these the first signs of a stress fracture or am I overthinking ?

Has anyone had any experience with joining from the brits or know anyone that has?

I understand the title is a bit odd and vague since to my understanding there’s no lateral transfer available like there is from the British army to the Australian army for example, but does anyone know or had experience leaving the uk forces and coming across to the Defence forces ?

Genuinely curious as the more people I speak to day by day have morale issues with the way the British military involves themselves in foreign affairs after the disaster which was Afghanistan and the even more disastrous pull out thereafter, that paired with the freedom of information provided by the internet and its many sources of information has made quite a few soldiers quite disgruntled after realising some things don’t align entirely with why they’ve joined.

I recently spoke to a proud Welsh serving soldier who just threw out the idea that he’s toyed with the idea of joining the Irish army, is it this simple or do you think he’d run into complications regarding citizenship and not being part of the EU?

Thanks to anyone who can add to my question
