Hear me out- 5% Xylitol nasal rinses!!!

Please read my story and just try it!!!

I know many of us have spent $100s-$1000s of dollars on things that don’t work. So here’s a price breakdown:
-regular non-iodized salt is often less than $3, so is baking soda and distilled water at the grocery store.
-a nasal rinse bottle is usually $10 and is good for 3 months, found at most grocery stores.
-depending on where you order from, a pound of xylitol granules is around $15 and lasts a longggg time. NOT SPONSORED but I personally ordered a bag from iHerb.

For those with halitosis from h pylori, how are you masking the smell? I’m desperate!!!

I chew multiple pieces of strong gum at a time, regular or sugar-free makes no difference.

I pop in multiple extra strength long lasting mints. The labels say 1 mint should last 30 minutes and the other 3 hours, however, they don’t even last 2 minutes for me.

I’m also wearing a kn95 mask and applying a thick layer of peppermint chapstick all over the inside.

It smells so strong and minty that I tear up and it kind of stings my mouth and nose. But still people cover their nose or back up when I’m talking or even just breathing through my nose with the mask on and gum/mints on board.

I’m flossing, brushing, and using mouth wash 3 times a day.

PPIs and prescription magic mouthwash provided zero relief.

I’m so desperate for some relief while I wait for my GI specialist appointment. Please help!
