Not sure which DVC to book at in October

Edit: I am planning this trip for 2027. It's too far out to book of course, just getting the framework in place. Just trying to narrow down where to stay.

Wife and I are considering renting DVC points for 4 nights the first time, rather than just book a resort for our next trip with our almost 5 year old. If we don't do DVC we were thinking a preferred room at Caribbean Beach which we have not stayed at in our 6 previous trips, but the DVC price different isn't really as bad as I thought it might be.

We are doing Not So Scary Halloween immediately after check in, then 3 full park days (Epcot, HS, AK), and maybe a 1/2 day at Magic Kingdom before our 4 hour drive home. With so much packed into 4 days we are prioritizing transportation to/from the resort in addition to cost.

We've narrowed it down to the following (sorted by lowest to highest price ranging from about $1700-$2200):

  • Copper Creek/Boulder Ridge Studio Resort View- We loved our stay at Wilderness Lodge a few years ago and would imagine this would be more of the same relaxation.
  • Beach Club Deluxe Studio Resort View- Lower on my list for this trip, seems best suited for hotter weather and a full day for the pool. Seems less than ideal in late October.
  • Bay Lake Tower Preferred View- Lowest on my list but proximity to MK is a plus. Theming seems less "magical" but the views look great.
  • The Cabin's One Bedroom Standard- Biggest interior room and a full kitchen, but I've heard it's very far to walk.
  • Grand Floridian Deluxe Studio Resort View- Looks gorgeous, but unless we spring for a preferred view that may be the drawback. This would be what I'm leaning towards.
  • Riviera Studio Preferred View- I have never been to Riviera it looks pretty.

Does have any info of feedback that might help our decision? Please keep in mind this will be late October and unless we skip a park (which is not out of the question) the pool situation feels like a non factor on this trip.

Just a reminder how different tour is, here is the 2001 Blue Devils tour map

They started in Cali for 1 show, hit up the southeast (AL, GA, FL, ect) moved up the eastern mid-west and east coast, BACK TO CALIFORNIA, then through the southwest, Texas, mid-west and ending in Buffalo, NY. I legit cannot fathom zig zagging across the country like this.
