Disclaimer: I'm not fully sure if someone has talked about this before, and this theory is also based on other theories that I've seen. Also, I spoiler tagged this because I mentioned some details about Kane Pixels Backrooms taken from the upcoming movie! :)

So, I had this theory after rewatching Found Footage 3 (FF3) where the son of the father that Ravi encounter via a null zone is Ellis White.

In FF3, we see the first Backrooms' full mimic of a house complete with a creepy skybox and an inverted doormat that says "Welcome" after Ravi, the protagonist, discovers it. Inside the house, we see a wall with a hanged picture of a father with his son on his back. Also, the house contained many real-life household items, and the house was an expected mess.

[Heads up: the word 'presume' will be mentioned multiple times.]

While Ravi was around the aforementioned wall, he hears a man's voice, which can be presumed that both of them is around a null zone. The man presumably lives in the real version of the mimicked house, so he is presumed as the father in the hanged picture. Also, the Kane Pixels Backrooms wiki mentions the same [or something similar].

Now, null zones as we know are unstable zones in the Backrooms connected to what it has mimicked from real-life. The upcoming movie gives us more context about the 'stability' of null zones that it can appear, disappear, and reappear.

Moving on, the Missing Persons video shows us that a child named Ellis White went missing in 1990, while according to the wiki, the FF3 Father is speculated to be somewhere in 2007–2009, and presumably died in 2009. Although there is no official information about how the Backrooms' mimic the real world and how quick it mimics, the 19-year gap between White and the father could have been enough time for the Backrooms to fully mimic the house complete. Additionally, we don't how or where Ellis White noclipped to the Backrooms.

Alright, this is where I actually connect and explain everything.

If the FF3 house was White's house, that could explain why the father only had a picture with his son as a toddler since White presumably died young in the Backrooms. Also, the house could be the place where White noclipped to since the Backrooms started to mimic it. Moreover, a null zone appeared in the house. However, if there was a null zone before since what if it was White's house, then the null zone could've reappeared instead because of Ravi's disturbance. Futhermore, the father presumably noclipped to Backrooms after he attempted to open his house's wall because he thought that Ravi was in his walls, and Ravi's camera glitched and the lights flickered during the incident.

Finally, the father could've noclipped to the Backrooms via the same null zone where White noclipped to if he was the son of the father.

I hope to use it as a highlight on my new district! :)

I wanted to do something with the 'old downtown' of my city where I'll use standard residential buildings because of their aesthetic. However, it's not yet the final product because I still don't have police and health unlocked. Surely, I'll have to redesign the layout, but the way the skyscrapers form a ring will be permanent.

On the east side of the city where I have my education buildings, I'll start building premium residential buildings. Also, the Old Town Houses on the back were for a CoM assignment, so I'm deciding whether to keep it or destroy it since services are limited and expensive now.
