got an email about the call last time around 2 am (Thursday has started). The emailed mentioned a time sloth of Wednesday despite it being already gone. I emailed to let them know but no reply even though the subject mentioned 21st Thursday. Anyway, the time slot is gone and still received no call....i emailed them again but again no reply. What do i do?

since people from outside of sindh only are able to give test once, do they also get good scholarships?

i saw some people talk here about in order to get good scholarships u need to apply for the early test rounds. but that won't work for those outside of sindh? so are the ones from outside even given FA or scholarship?
