Missing & Wrong Log Data in Smart Life App
I installed a Tomzn Smart Wifi Breaker on Jun 17th at 12:17 am precisely (I took pictures after installation). And the device was recording data in the start as it should be I remember checking it every other minute. But today when it's been 10+ days I decided to check the complete logs and not just kWh being consumed... I found:
There's no total data being shown before 23rd Jun
The Alarm Settings Log shows all the changes were made on Jun 29th & 30th. (But I did all those settings on the Jun 18th)
The Alarm Logs also only showing data from Jun 25th - Now.
The purpose of installing this smart wifi breaker was to monitor and control energy consumption due to the pricing policy we have in my country. But if the device or app just isn't going to record the data I need, isn't going to keep accurate logs, what's the benefit?
The device I have installed is a Tomzn Wifi Breaker TOB9-VAP.
