The Jeff pick
I saw somebody asking why do high elo players say Jeff is good and I wanna make a post about it, if somebody wants to ads things go ahead.
Survability, jeff can barely die if its a good jeff, I think the highest self healing out of all the supports.
Insane with dive - can heal/dmg across the map or not even this, can live in your backline with your divers and make your backline hate their life.
Now a reason why it is hated in low elo lobbies.
Thats because in low elo lobbies, people dont know what the S button on their keyboard does ( I am sorry if I am too harsh ). They dont know or understand how to kite a support or a dps ult, they dont know how to survive so they need a good support ult to stay alive or they simply die because they cannot press back or use the walls for cover or even help each other stay alive.
- How to play if you have a Jeff?
Ult tracking, very important. Do they have a dps ult coming? Yes.
Do you have anything to counter it? If they have a starlord ult, do you have a mag ult for it? An emma ult? The other support does have ult or not?
If not, play back. Give space, play to survive, use walls for cover, help your supports stay alive and they will help you stay alive as well.
Its fine if you give some space, not the end of the world as long as you live.
There are tutorials made on youtube about ult tracking if you dont know how to do it and you want to improve on it. This is one of if not the most important things in the game and if you learn to do this, your positioning will be a lot better, the jeff pick your teammate made wont matter as much because you already know how to play the next fight before it even begins.
The game is about stalling/contesting the point so staying alive is the most important thing
If anyone wants to add anything/any other tips/information, please feel free to do it.
