today i was out near the bund w a vegan friend. we tried to check from map, went there under rain and restaurant didn’t even exist. maybe someone knows some vegan places? can anybody help?

so i was using tiktok for non chinese people and after i put chinese sim card, tiktok is not opening with vpn. i tried to take off sim card open with vpn but it didn’t work. anyone knows what to do?
