Messed up after a 30-day THC tolerance break—looking for advice on how to proceed

Hey everyone,

Just to give some background: I've been a chronic flower smoker for 10+ years with breaks here and there (when I lived in TX). When I moved to Cali (4 months ago) I quickly escalated from just flower, to flower mixed with concentrates, to pure dabs, and finally just dab pens. I was also smoking all day every day.

Before doing my recent 30-day break, I had taken three separate 11-day t-breaks. The very first day of smoking after those 11 days gave me a crazy high school-level high, but my tolerance climbed back sooo fast—though I think that's mostly because I was smoking way too much/the same amount I was used to right out of the gate.

To help fix that, I finally committed to a full 30 days completely off THC.

After the 30 days were up, I made a slight detour: I meant to start small with flower, but didn’t have much money so I used an almost-empty dab pen for two consecutive nights, taking a bunch of blinkers each night just trying to get something out of it. Because the first two nights were practically dry cartridges, I was mostly chasing vapor and getting very little actual THC (if I had to guess). However, on the third night, I switched to my husband's half-full dab pen. That is when I finally felt that familiar, dulling "meh" tolerance feeling rush back—the exact feeling that made me commit to doing the 30-day break in the first place.

I’ve now been completely THC-free again for the last three days.

Given my history and the fact that nights one and two were basically empty (with only night three delivering a real dose), what do you guys think? (Also day one I got pretty stoned but after that, nada)

Would another couple of weeks make a meaningful difference in clearing that out, or did I completely reset my progress back to square one? (Meaning I need to do another 30 days)

Or could I potentially smoke tonight and still feel any benefits of the 30-day break?

I know this is a lot and complicated and there’s not an exact science to this but any advice would be so appreciated. I just am so mad at myself for messing up my thirty day t break :(

Also, I’m 27 Female and have two kids (my brother said me giving birth could have something to do w my tolerance but idk).

Thanks again if you read thru all this and have any advice!!!
