Apparently my worksite has both cohorts, A and B. My provider told me to start on the 13th and that they contacted the worksite that I will be starting on Cohort B. The thing is the worksite referral form I signed officially stated that I will be starting tomorrow on the 6th. My supervisor and provider still needs to sign my worksite referral tho. I guess I’m a bit paranoid but I’m worried I won’t be paid the last week for Cohort B since the City database has me as Cohort A. Will I still have access to the timesheet/payroll to fill out the last week’s hours?

Hello, my SYEP provider is NYCID. I uploaded all the documents (it says approved in Participant website) and my Hats and Ladders certificate is completed a while ago. I haven’t received the email about the job postings, wondering if that’s the same for others with NYCID provider. I remember they said they will be coming out with an app for ranking our choices. I guess I’m growing a bit paranoid.

My current SNAP case is in Troy, NY (using Benefits NY since it’s upstate). My case will end on June 30th. I’m a college student and just moved back home in NYC after spring semester ended. I don’t plan on recertifying because I won’t qualify for SNAP for the summer since I’m back home and don’t have work study

A few questions

1. Should I bother submitting a change of address on Benefits NY since my case will expire on June 30th anyways and I’m not recertifying? Imo, it won’t really make a difference if I submit the new address since the closing date is near. But I’m also worried that that I will risk my account getting flagged for penalty or overpayment if I don’t

2. I moved out of Troy last week. On the form it says:
   “As a SNAP household under the “Change Reporting” rules, you MUST report the following changes within 10 days after the end of the month in which
   the change happened”

So if I do need to report new address, does this mean I have until June 10th to report this since I moved out in May? My benefits load on the 9th every month so I want to wait until the 9th to submit the form to get my benefits one last time before my case closes

3. To clarify, I can still use the remaining balance on my EBT card for the summer after my case closes on June 30th right?

4. I’m planning to submit a whole new SNAP application around August when the fall semester starts. Since I have work study then, so I finally qualify again. On my new application, can I reuse my same EBT card number and relink my new case to my current EBT card?
