Hi! Subleasing my room from September 1st- December 31st (I will be studying abroad). All female 2 story house. $880+ utilities, house is near lot 30 (5-7 min). Bathroom is shared with only one other clean tenant, but you get your sink and access to the bathroom. House and room comes fully furnished, amenities include: washer and dryer, community pool, nearby parking. Pictures and a in person tour can be provided!
