Found debit card

This is probably a long shot but I found a debit card on the ground near Dana St and View St in OMV for ‘Tracy Johns’. I haven’t been able to track this name/person down so let me know if you have any leads. The card may already be frozen at this point but figured I’d check here before cutting and tossing it.

Where did this new Little Library pop up?

From the owner: “95% of it is reclaimed material from ___ street homes. The front porch post from a 90 year old house is the base; a book shelf door with the original glass knob and hardware from a 1930's house is the front door. The inside is wallpapered with pages from a book two of our ___ street neighbors wrote about the history of our area.”
