Router change between 2 Jio Fiber connections

I have 2 Jio Fiber connections:

  1. Older connection which has internet only (no set top box). This came with the JCOW414 router
  2. I got a second Jio Fiber connection installed a few days back (this one has a set top box as well). This came with the JCOW411 router.

I have found the following:

  1. 411 router has a single SSID which works on both 5GHz and 2.4 GHz and we cannot have separate SSIDs for these two separate bands. But 414 router has separate SSIDs for separate bands.
  2. 411 router also does not support mesh topology which 414 does.
  3. 411 router takes a bit more time to turn green from power on state as compared to 414.

I will be surrendering the older internet only connection in 2 weeks after its recharge expires.

My question is, can I use the 414 router of the older connection to work with the newer connection?

Few questions about JioHome (TV+Broadband) from a new user

I am new to the IPTV space - have been using local cable TV my whole life till now.

I have a few questions about JioHome:

  1. Since both TV and Internet will work through a single broadband connection, will I face any lags/buffering while watching TV and simultaneously using my PC for downloading big files/gaming?

  2. How much bandwidth does the set top box consume for displaying TV channels in HD/4k?

  3. Is a 100Mbps JioHome connection okay for watching TV as well as using internet for downloading stuff etc. on the PC. TV is used almost whole day so is the internet on the PC. So simultaneous use is of the utmost importance.

  4. I am currently using the trial ₹807 plan of JioHome which gives 30Mbps. But one peculiar thing I noticed is that I only have the option of recharging for 100Mbps. It does not show any plans for speeds higher than 100Mbps. Any idea why?

Thanks.
