I'm thinking of doing 3 courses in the evening while still maintaining my full time job next terminen. Anyone who has done it who can give me tips?

My sleep has become worse and worse with age. I'm now 36 and only sleep well (not enough but that's a whole different topic) when I workout that same day. But I can't workout everyday and not do all my chores, take care of myself and my social life.

How do you have restorative sleep most nights?

For those here in a long term relationship with someone younger. How is the relationship doing? And what's the age difference?

I see this a lot in movies and series and always think, is this really how it goes? How much alcohol do you drink after 30 on a daily basis?
