Having to lose the weight I already lost.

I’m 23, f, 5’6 - 5’7 and 145 pounds. I was 125 last year after losing twenty pounds but after graduating, I’ve definitely been moving less and snacking more out of boredom…. I feel so lost looking in the mirror and seeing all that progress gone. I know 145 pounds isn’t crazy but with how beauty standards are for women right now, I honestly feel like a whale sometimes. Nothing I own fits anymore or is too tight and I literally dread getting ready in the morning because putting on an outfit feels like a humiliation ritual. I genuinely feel fat as fuck like to be blunt 😭

Does anyone have tips on tackling weight loss when you are doing it the second time around? I feel so unmotivated.

Should I cancel my trip?

Me and my family are planning on heading down tomorrow morning to Osoyoos and staying for a couple days but we are wondering if we should cancel due to the air quality. Everything we have booked is non refundable and I’d had to have money just go down the drain like that🤦‍♂️
