Backing up options?

I am deep into my Apple Notes but after accidentally deleting an entire section of a note I was using to track something I'm now paranoid about not having a version history or backup feature especially when it comes to my work - any suggestions? I use it primarily on my Macbook.

Appreciate your help in advance!

Final Encouragement & Thoughts

Wow - this sub exists, of course it does! I could really use some thoughts and community as I do a final push off clonazepam.

I experienced the onset of panic and anxiety which led to the one and only panic attack I've had in 2014 and was prescribed clonazepam (which I do not believe were prescribed responsibly). I got up to 3 mg a day which I took for years and somewhere between 2020 and 2022 tapered to 0.125mg.

I am now in my mid 30's, I still have a fear of panic attacks, ocd (I have at different times tried different SSRI's) and anxiety. I am on 0.125mg of clonazepam (never more) and have a new doctor.

I have worked my mental health to the point where I am high functioning and having had this for over a decade know myself very well but I'm stuck in my thinking and need some support with the final taper.

I want to have a baby asap, and my doctor told me she'd like me to be clonazepam free for a month before trying. Last week I alternated between 0.125mg and 0.0416mg (1/3 just because the pill broke that way), and this week am alternating between 0.125mg and 0.0625mg.

My doctor has assured me that it is highly likely (and normal) to have a hard time with the end because you are psychologically dependent on it - and I am. Taking the 0.125mg every morning makes me feel like I've checked the box of not being anxious that day or taking care of my anxiety that day.

In a perfect world I could stay on the 0.125mg and have my husband have the baby but unfortunately its gotta be me. my doctor has let me know though that I can go back on post baby and that SSRI's are an option if I felt extremely poorly.

I could just use any thoughts, encouragement, experience, tips, tricks from anyone who has had as hard a time as I'm having kicking the final bit.
