Please clear this doubt.
For reading and writing sections on OET on paper, can we see the text booklet along with the Q and A booklet together in the allotted time? Or is it like we’ll first be given text booklet to memorize the passages and then given Q and A booklet to answer from the reading text booklet?

And what to use? Pencil or blue/black pen?

I took oet last week on computer and ended up failing the writing part with a 280, due to incomplete letter where I got stuck midway at the body of the letter and was unable to complete the signing off. I’m planning to retake it on paper this time.

Can one match IM without USCE and US letters, but with home country strong letters ?

My oet is scheduled for next month. Could someone please clarify if I’m eligible to apply for pathway 1 now, prior to taking oet? Also, what’s next after applying for pathway? Would be grateful if someone could please explain the steps🙏

Just got done with my test a while ago and I faced severe time issues with writing. Couldn’t even end the referral letter with yours’ sincerely and sign. 😭 the word count also exceeded 200. did I fail? Are the examiners too strict? I took it on computer and faced major time issues. When can I expect the results?

Step 1- passed on second attempt
Step 2- 230
YOG- 2019
Non US, visa requiring IMG
Home country residency in obgyn
No USCE yet, no connections in the US

What are my chances of matching FM this upcoming cycle?
