Does anyone know the ticket turnaround for them? They received my ticket June 18th. Any idea when I should get a response?

Got stopped on a Friday afternoon. I was probably going 80. Trooper came back and gave me the ticket instead of a speeding ticket. I live in CT and have a clean record. Any possibility I can get this knocked down to non moving? Worried about insurance

So they buy an undeveloped piece of land for 600K, spend at least 400 to 500 building the house( not including the money they waste while the project was shut down), stage, market, and finally sell the house.
