Was wondering if anyone knows how/where I can access EMDR therapy in malaysia/kl? Not sure whether any mental health practitioners provide this service here because its more well-known in the west
recently re-experienced past trauma. i have a final tomorrow and haven't been able to study for a few days (been stuck in freeze state). ive been doing active recall few weeks prior but since the sudden disruption my memory and concentration has been foggy. need some advice on how to get back into momentum for anyone that has experienced something similar. unfortunately deferring my exams isnt an option. any advice or kind words would be helpful ❤️
