My altima 2015 sl 2.5 with 67000 miles milage is going with rpm between 1-2 and something on raising reaches 3 when running between 35 to 45 mph. And have to press accelerator really hard . I understand its not normal and sounds Like CVT problem.

1.What would you have done as next step on my case.

2.NISSAn dealer workshop is close by but wanted to know of this is something that can be done outside dealer repair shop.

3. Also what would be next steps mechanic will suggest and what should I do before to make sure do not spend on unnecessary repairs.

This will be my car for next 6 months. I m near philly suburbs.
