OpenATS - a self-hosted, open-source Applicant Tracking System

Hey guys, I built OpenATS, a self-hosted, open-source Applicant Tracking System. and it's now at v0.2 and ready to use.,

Basically i started this because most ATS tools are either expensive SaaS stuff or closed source, and a lot of small companies/NGOs end up managing applications through Google Sheets/forms or email threads. Wanted something people could self-host and actually own their data. It's mostly similar to Rooster ATS in terms of what it covers, but self-hosted and open source.

What it does:

  • Job postings with a public careers page candidates can apply through
  • CV upload with automatic parsing to pull out candidate info
  • Pipeline tracking (applied, screening, interview, offer, etc.)
  • Offer management
  • Team/user management with role based access ( IAM on top of WSO2 Identity platform ) ,etc ...

I'd genuinely appreciate feedback, bug reports, or feature requests. Contributions are welcome too if anyone's interested.

Drop a star on the repo if you like it 😄
