What wire shelving are people buying? Is it a larger piece you cut to size yourself?

I've seen the custom plastic ones, I'm in EU so don't really want to pay for shipping from the USA on those. I do quite like the wire shelves I see some use as they seem best for airflow.

I'm about to move into a new place so putting together a shopping list to finally get back into a hobby again. I had a fabrikor greenhouse years ago that I loved, I just used the glass shelves it came with back then.
