First time Griddler
I am extremely new to griddling and I started my journey with the Traeger Flatrock. Last night I fired it up for the first time and seasoned it with pure avocado oil. I later cooked some burgers and some mixed veggies. It started raining toward the end of my cook, and it was getting dark, I probably didn’t do the best job cleaning it afterwards. For you experienced griddles do you have any advice or feedback based on how I seasoned or the appearance of the griddle?
