Few days back, I posted about my ID verification issue. Here is the link:

A MOD sent me a mod email asking for my email and I have shared it. Post that I neither received any reply to my message nor further steps to complete my id verification. It has been more than a week I successfully finished my interview and I am stuck with id verification. It would be very helpful if someone can help.

After finishing my interview, I started to complete my profile.

During the process, I was asked to fill a few details and also verify myself by capturing the picture of my government ID and a selfie.

I used the government ID that is mandatory for everyone in my country and captured it clearly with an image of my face on it. 

Once the government ID and selfie were sent, I received the below message twice on the Micro1 website. 

I am not sure why it is failing even though I took clear pictures and a selfie. 

I also filled out a form that was sent in an email from verification@micro1.ai. I messaged support@micro1.ai . But there is no reply from anyone.

Please help me in resolving this issue and the steps required to proceed forward.
