Recovery

I don't recover from high volume training at all, this week I sprinted 2 sets of 40m and the first race i beat my friend by 5m, rhe 2nd only only 2.5m ish and then when we went to the weight room I was trying to do broad jumps and was jumping 10 inches lesser than usual while my friend had no issues, and i was so fatigued even trying to do pull ups .

I have deadlifted 200kgs conventional, squatted 145 kgs high bar atg, and ran high 11 at 18% body fat with no sprinting and only gym work, all i used to do was full body twice a week.

Then I wanted to pick up sprinting and started I followed a normal program which worked for most people but 2 weeks in I started facing CNS issues like I used to feel sleepy during the sessions and each rep made it worse it felt like I wasn't really sprinting but going through the motion at max effort and it got really bad.

My sleep and nutrition wasn't bad it was decent.

But same as gym i made such good progress just lifting twice a week and my athleticism went up too doing that and once I started actual sprint work my body crumbled mind u i was sprinting less than 150m in each session twice a week accel, and max V.

Why is this happening to me, does this mean there's something with my body that i shouldn't do track?

I weigh 67 kgs, and 177 cm

Talent

As a kid and till 14 I was one of the slowest kids like much slower than the average guy, at 15 I was running mid 12s at 25% body fat, and then when I cut down I'm running sub 12 without any sprinting right now I'm 17 and no non track athlete can beat me like I'm faster than everyone I know, but my question is I was a slow kid does that mean my ceiling cant be high?Iv seen people telling sub 10 sprinters usually show natural talent very young.

Remote coaching

Any sprint coach who would help me with remote coaching? Both track and gym work included.

I have tried generic programs but they don't work for me because iv got a sensitive CNS, I take longer to recover than others.

My budget is about 100$ per month, I'm based in India and even though the pricing of many online coaches are very reasonable it's expensive for an Indian household income.

Bad recovery

Today I hit just two sets of 30m sprints after so long with a friend and beat him by 3m in both the races, he's pretty fast, but then right after we went to do some broad and vertical jumps I was jumping almost 10 inches lesser on broad jump than when I am fresh, and i was getting fatigued at 5 pull ups itself, meanwhile my friend could do everything well and he kinda questioned why was I so much worse than usual.

Even before I had faced CNS fatigue issues even training so less like sprinting twice a week 100m volume, why is my recovery so bad?

The thing is I can run fast, jump well and lift well if I'm fully recovered but after one good day I take like at least 3-4 days to perform well again.

Will this be an issue if i pursue track and field? Because a lot of meets have heats one day and finals the next.

Broad jumps

What's wrong with my broad jumps, I cannot land even once I always fall forward, howewer this jump one leg itself goes front, but the other jumps aren't like this but I still fall front, would this jump still count in testing?

My genetics

My genetics

What's wrong with my body like I have some really good traits but also very terrible genetic traits at the same time I run sub 12 in 100m, deadlift 200 kgs conv, squat 145 kgs atg beltless and have a 108 inch broad jump and 32 inch vert with no sprint training only lifting. But at the same time iv been so stiff since birth i could never reach my toes even as a kid whenever ri go to a physio they are astonished by how stuff my lower body is especially hamstrings calves and ankles, hips and at the same time I struggle a lot to get lean and maintain low body fat I have those sprint numbers and jumps at 20% body fat and I'm 17 and weigh 67.85 kgs I have never been able to get lean or get normal flexibility like any normal person I see who doesn't even workout but I can easily achieve big athletic feats without struggling

I currently can't reach my toes, squat deep with a barbell on the back, kick even waist level, and my hips feel very non fluid and blocked and I suffer lower back strains and pain too often.

Speed ceiling

I genuinely think over half the population is capable of breaking 10.5s in the 100 if they dedicated their whole life to it and commited for over 8-10+ years

Sprint genetics

I tried picking up sprinting like last year November and trained untill mid January and ran high 11 pretty easily like 11.6s, I had a lifting background I conv deadlift 200 kgs and squat 145 kgs atg at 68 kgs bw and im naturally elastic too iv got long tendons and high insertions. but i struggle with the most basic stuff like I cannot reach my toes, squat deep without elevation, kick high and my hips aren't very fluid.

And i have always struggled to get lean I'm always struck at 16-18% body fat. I ran 11.6 at 18% body fat and 69 kgs bodyweight with such tight and stiff posterior chain

I find this weird because I see almost anyone can stay lean and maintain alright flexibility without even training or dieting is this an issue for me? Are bodyfat and flexibility limiting my ceiling? I haven't sprinted since January but I want to pick it up again but I'm scared of falling for the same trap

How is this possible

How do sprinters especially 400m athletes finish like 1-2 or even 3 heats on day 1, and still run fast in the finals next day? If i sprint one day I can't sprint the next day how does this work
