Why is it the mods can say whatever they like with no repercussions? Yet ask for grace and respect?
I feel like a lot of mods are too child like. Especially in the subreddits regarding going through past traumas etc. My concern is that there may be many people who feel suicidal and that one mod could push them over the edge that day. Some people’s social lives and support networks only exist online these days. Could it be taken into consideration not just keeping Reddit safe but having decorum and “grace” towards people as a mod? They always ask for grace and respect as they’re only human but find it impossible to extend that towards others.
