My brother was on the way to office, riding his motorcycle and got rear end by this car, the driver was waiting in the queue to exit via PIE to Changi. But the queue was very long, she suddenly decided to accelerate and cut chevron to cross to upp Serangoon to exit. He was thrown forward into the air and landed pretty badly with bruises to his chest and abrasion everywhere. My brother’s foot is severely fractured. Bone smashed and nerves severed, he’s in the operating room for amputation now, he may have to spend a long time learning how to walk.
