How do I describe this to the doctor?

Hello, 45 year old male. Prescription eyeglasses and astigmatism since 3rd grade.

Today at work while waiting on a customer, I suddenly felt off balance.

I noticed my eyes felt as if they were crossing with slight double vision.

It instantly caused panic. I walked to the back room to check my blood sugar. (I have hypoglycemia at times.) Glucose was perfect.

Within 10 to 15 seconds the vision issue was over.

I stand at a counter and look up items in a retail store on a computer.

I hadn't been at work more than 30 minutes. I work their part time.

I don't spend alot of time staring at computers.

I had no other symptoms like headache, numbness, confusion etc.

Just the vision issue.

I am due for a new Prescription for my eyeglasses and my appointment is July 8th.

2 years ago I was told I would need bifocals or progressive lenses by my next Prescription.

Mostly because reading up close has gotten worse.

I had this happen one time before maybe 6 to 8 months ago while at home on the phone scrolling.

It was shorter than 10 seconds.

I chalked it up to being on the phone for some time.

I have issues seeing certain patterns.

Tight plaid shirts, black and white small tile floors, black background and white letters. Ive had this for years. I dont process these well.

I apologize if I am in the wrong community. I mean no disrespect. Thanks for reading.

Handlebar tips

How am I doing so far? One month in. Is it comb the center straight down and trim where you want and grow the sides to all be one length?

This pic is first time using a wax.

Yes, I need to shave the stubble.

I think what im searching for is, do I grow all the hair the same length except the center?

I still have a ways to go. Just looking for some tips.
