My partner's MacBook Neo won't let Zoom request access to the camera and microphone
In the privacy and security settings there's no indication an app has requested access to the camera or the mic. It's a new machine. The camera and mic definitely work because they work fine with FaceTime. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the Zoom workplace app, and updating the OS. No joy. It's the same problem with Zoom on the web. I'm guessing there's some setting to change but can't think what that would be.
This is an annoying problem since my own MacBook Neo handles Zoom just fine.
Any ideas?
